We are an ASIC registered auditor of self-managed superannuation funds (SMSF).

Subsection 35(c) of the SIS Act, requires a SMSF to be audited each year by a approved auditor, who must complete a financial statements and compliance audit before the funds annual return and tax return can be lodged.

Our report to the trustees is in an ‘approved form’ under two sections:

1. Part A: Financial report; and
2. Part B: Compliance with the SIS Act.
